On March 16th, 2018 the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) announced support of the 2018 US GAAP Taxonomy. Join Certent experts Austin Terry and Evan Condran to learn everything you need to know to prepare for the new taxonomy. We will discuss an overview of the changes including the newly established SEC Reporting Taxonomy (SRT).

Evan Condran

Evan Condran is the Vice President of Compliance Services at Certent. He is responsible for the team of accounting professionals who provide customers with XBRL and SEC filing services. As a CPA and having worked for Certent nearly 8 years, Evan has substantial experience with overseeing high quality XBRL filings for quarterly and annual reports.

Austin Terry

Austin Terry is Manager of Compliance Services at Certent and has over 7 years of experience with public disclosures and XBRL. Terry works closely with finance leaders, including many from the Fortune 500, to ensure their company’s filings are compliant and of the highest quality. Terry also provides training on XBRL best practices and oversees a team of accountants dedicated to customers success and helping companies navigate the world of XBRL from top to bottom.
